REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mamta Creation, every product is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers.

Please read our Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. PRODUCT QUALITY & ACCURACY

We make every effort to ensure:

·       accurate product descriptions

·       realistic product photography

·       proper sizing details

·       quality assurance before dispatch

All products undergo multiple quality checks before shipment.

However, slight variations in:

·       color

·       embroidery

·       print placement

·       fabric texture

·       handcrafted detailing

may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the products.

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.


2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Eligibility

We currently offer exchanges only for domestic orders within India.

To qualify for exchange:

·       the product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

·       original tags and packaging must be intact

·       exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


Non-Exchangeable Products

The following categories are not eligible for exchange:

·       jewellery

·       accessories

·       bags

·       home décor items

·       customized or stitched products

·       sale or discounted products

·       international orders

Exchange requests based solely on:

·       color variation

·       fabric expectations

·       minor design variation

will not be accepted.


3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Raise an Exchange Request

Customers may request an exchange by contacting us through:

·       email

·       WhatsApp

·       customer support

within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

·       order number

·       product images

·       issue details

·       unboxing video (if applicable)


Step 2: Exchange Processing Fee

An exchange processing fee may apply depending on:

·       product category

·       pickup location

·       courier availability

The applicable charges, if any, will be communicated by our support team.


Step 3: Reverse Pickup

Once the exchange request is approved:

·       our team will arrange a reverse pickup, or

·       customers may self-ship the product if reverse pickup is unavailable

If self-shipping is required, customers must share:

·       AWB number

·       courier company details

·       shipment proof

Mamta Creation shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipping.


Step 4: Quality Inspection

After receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

If approved:

·       the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days subject to stock availability

If the requested size or product is unavailable:

·       a store credit / credit note may be issued


4. CREDIT NOTE POLICY

Credit notes issued against:

·       exchanges

·       cancellations

·       approved adjustments

shall:

·       be valid for 90 days from the date of issue

·       be non-transferable

·       be usable only once

Expired credit notes shall not be revalidated.


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

·       refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or

·       store credit may be issued upon customer request

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway processing.


Cancellation Charges

For prepaid order cancellations, payment gateway charges and transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.


6. MAMTA CREATION ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Mamta Creation reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

·       stock unavailability

·       pricing errors

·       failed quality checks

·       suspected fraudulent activity

·       operational limitations

In such cases, applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


7. REFUND POLICY

No Return & Refund Policy

As most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

Refunds shall only be considered in cases where:

·       the wrong product is delivered

·       the product is damaged during transit

·       the item received is defective

·       the product is missing from the order

All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with:

·       clear images

·       parcel images

·       unboxing video proof


8. SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased during:

·       sale events

·       clearance sales

·       promotional offers

·       discounted campaigns

are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless a damaged or incorrect item is received.


9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are:

·       non-returnable

·       non-refundable

·       non-exchangeable

except in cases where:

·       incorrect products are delivered

·       products arrive damaged

Customers are responsible for:

·       customs duties

·       import taxes

·       local country charges

Mamta Creation shall not be liable for customs-related delays or refusals.


10. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER GUIDELINES

We strongly recommend customers record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Claims related to:

·       missing items

·       damaged products

·       incorrect products

may not be accepted without valid unboxing proof.
